No Returns Policy

Due to our shipping processes, we do not accept returns on any orders. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and Store Credit

We understand that mistakes can happen. We will offer a refund or store credit under the following circumstances:

  1. Errors on Our End: If there is a mistake with your order due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, wrong size sent, or defective product), we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Misjudgment of Size: We encourage customers to carefully review our sizing chart before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
